Selling the property quickly was important to me and my circumstances. The photography and video were done very professionally and I was very happy with the result. I think this got the buyers into the house which is what I asked Stuart to do. Everything was done quite professionally. Not sure whether I could have put the house on for a different price but it was sold very quickly which aim very happy about. He sold a house for one of my good friends also.

Stewart is everything you would want in an agent, good clear communication and knows what the markets wants. Stewart is hardworking and very diligent, he has a calm composure that made Helen and I feel relax over what really is a stressful process of having strangers walk around your house than start negotiating on the home! the one that you have put so much hard work (blood sweet and tears) memories ect: But then Stewart was there and did not make it feel like a business transaction. He was also there for his after sales help and advice. I can not thank Stewart enough for his help and support, I would also like to mention that although this is a review on Stewart the whole team at Lister Cole are also fantastic and work well together.

Good work from Stewart! Kept the ball rolling after a disappointing auction start (no bids). He did find the "right" buyer in the end, at a price that likely reflected the market at the time (despite initially quoting a somewhat significantly higher guide price range, 9% - 21% above the final sale price) All-in-all, a satisfactory exercise!
