Tim explained the vendor was motivated to sell (a deceased estate) so we seized the opportunity and moved fast. Despite a couple of major hurdles that came up with the contract terms and late invoices that needed to be paid by the vendor, Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were able to exchange and purchase the property.
