He was patient, had a real-life story to tell about almost every aspect of selling our home. It might sound silly but he seemed to genuinely like our house and gardens which played an important role in my decision. When we got to the pointy bit he knew the market and area so well that we sold at auction in an environment when 50% of properties were being passed in.
