Extremely professional and friendly!
We purchased our new home from Tim. We had previously inspected more than 100 homes through various agencies and were rather disappointed. The other agents didn’t really listen to us when we explained what we were looking for and treated us like just another ‘punter’. Tim was very different. He listened attentively to what our needs were, kept us up to date with houses that fitted our brief and more importantly understood that we were serious about buying a house! I think Tim has a great ability to meet the needs of both the buyer and seller and be friendly, professional and natural in his approach to people. I would highly recommend Tim Cullen!

Great selling house experience
From the moment we called McGrath we felt we were in good hands. They made us feel comfortable through every stage of the process. Everything Tim told us came through. He also listened carefully to our details and requirements which made us feel we also had an element of control and input. We had quick success too, as we were able to sell off of database, although we did do the internet sales campaign also. Now on the removal stage, hopefully that goes just as smooth.

Tim was professional, calm and confident throughout the campaign. He and his team were always available to answer questions as they arose. It has been a pleasure
We would like to thank Tim and his team for making our house purchase process a pleasant one. Most RE agents are notorious for not answering their phone, emails or not returning calls. Tim and his team have been a refreshing change. He is patient, honest and always gets back to you, which we greatly appreciated. Even after settlement, Tim has continued to help us. Quick sale at a great price
As the administrator of a deceased estate I was looking for a quick sale at the best price, and Tim Cullen and team certainly delivered! The property was sold within 2 weeks at well above market estimate. I found Tim to be professional, efficient and easy to work with and great communication. Highly recommended.
