Susie could not have worked harder
It has been a pleasure dealing with Susie O'Brien from McGrath Manly. She has worked extremely hard and kept us updated on everything. We achieved the price we wanted and the whole process wasn't nearly as stressful as I thought it would be and that is thanks to Susie. She is very good at what she does and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend her.

When you want the Best!!!
When selling your biggest investment you want absolute confidence in your agent. Tim was fantastic in all areas. From start to finish, communication, availability, dedication and most of all negotiation. To top it off, he surrounds himself with the most incredible team. A great price in a softening market!
After many years it was time for my mother to move from her beloved home. As it was an emotional decision for her, we wanted to engage a real estate agent who had a good reputation and whom we could trust. Susie O’Brien was recommended to me by my solicitor who deals with a lot of agents so I had great confidence in her abilities to achieve the best price with the care and empathy my mother needed. Susie advised us on how to present, price and market the property and we ended up selling to one of her database buyers for a great price within the first two days of coming on to the market. Susie also saved us over $5000 in marketing costs by selling to this buyer. Tim Cullen's team did a great job for us and achieved a great result on the sale of our house in Belrose. The marketing campaign was superbly orchestrated and netted nearly 100 groups through the house to inspect it over the 4 week period, and 10 registered bidders on auction day! We chose Tim Cullen and his team at McGrath after thoroughly researching three agents and inviting them to provide marketing proposals. We were in the UK at the time and under difficult personal circumstances. Having decided to relocate from Sydney to England, we needed to get the process under way before we returned home. By the time we did, the marketing campaign was ready to go and the first private inspections had taken place. We were consulted, advised and informed along every step of the way. There was a high level of interest in the house, with over 70 parties viewing and 15 contracts issued. On auction day, everything was perfectly handled and we got the result we needed - and some more - thanks to the great teamwork, dedicated client service and depth of market knowledge of Tim and his team.
