Tim had helped me previously to purchase my first place. He made the process much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. I was looking for a solicitor and he helped me out with a good solicitor so the whole process moved along quickly. When the time came again to look for another unit and sell, Tim and his assistant Kirsty were very prompt and helpful in giving me valuations to get a good idea on my current unit's value. For my second purchase I looked around for a while as I had specific criteria I wanted it to have. I went to some auctions but got outbid. Later on, Tim called me with something that sounded close to what I was looking for. After going through the process of checks, it was looking good. I was asking Tim and his team a number of questions. If there were any they didn't know, they would get back to me soon with an answer. I decided to persue it and went to the auction. Once again on the auction day Tim and his team were very helpful to me in getting ready for it so I could bid with confidence. I have found Tim and all the people in his team to be very polite and easy to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase in the Northern Beaches area.

Morgan followed up with me for about 2 and 1/2 years before I listed for sale. He was courteous, listened to what I had to say, remembered my priotities and we had conversations not sales pitches. My mother decided she wanted to sell her home as it was to big too manage. Morgan Fahey from McGrath's in Manly were very helpful and considerate of her. As her daughter, I was very appreciative of this, because it was an extremely stressful time for her and the family. Morgan always communicated all the steps/processes so she was AUCTION ready! It was smooth sailing, all went well and most importantly Mum was happy with the outcome. What was nice is that she felt she could trust Morgan and his brother Elliott to do their best for her and they did.
