I bought my unit through Susie many years ago and had such a great experience that when the time came to sell she was naturally the first person I thought of. Living overseas, trust was arguably an even more critical part of the process than usual so having Susie in charge was very important to me. In my first email I had a long list of varied questions and within a day I'd received full and complete responses to every one of them, not just from Susie, but also from other departments that she'd managed to get to provide prompt, correct answers. Mainly from the property management division as McGrath also seamlessly took over property management duties prior to the sale. Once the sales campaign started there was no drop in the standard of service. Every email was replied to the same day, usually within the hour. Small repairs were attended to on the morning that my tenant moved out, she organised the painters to start that afternoon, and also coordinated the styling of the unit which took place pretty much just as the paint dried. The photos she took showed it looking better than ever for the first open house. She partnered with her colleague Ben Daniel and between them they were available 24/7 working on the sale. She then stuck with negotiations and in the end managed to exceed my expectations. I also had some unique sale conditions which in addition to the sale happening over the Christmas holiday period could have posed a major problem but she still managed to negotiate a quick settlement at a great price. McGrath's Oxygen finance department also had to step in to provide finance when the buyer's initial finance company could not perform. Overall, Susie provided constant feedback on a daily basis and made me feel like I was still living just down the road in Manly rather t
