(even funny at times😁 ) He is a man with morals and that; together with his years of experience make him what he is; an excellent Estate Agent. Good at following through with possible purchasero

Matt was very enthusiastic in promoting our properties’ good points and unique features. He kept us informed about other comparable properties on the market. Matt demonstrated a strong knowledge of the current market and followed through all ‘warm’ enquiries. He demonstrated strong negotiating skills able to get the purchaser to increase their offer to an acceptable level. We felt confident he had our best interest at heart and didn’t just sprout stuff he thought we wanted to hear. We felt Matt was being honest in his conversations with us
