Coming from a real estate sales background I honestly wanted to sell my land myself, I couldn't see the value in someone else doing it and just couldn't find the right person for the job - until I met Garry. There were many things that stood out with Garry, the main one being when he said he was going to do something he done it, his honesty based around the market and price and realistic expectations and his intention to stand at the land and do open homes when there wasn't even anything to show. or a house to walk through! Garry had my property on the market within a few days, had shown it the next day and had an offer that night, negotiated and closed the deal the next day and for a lot more then we expected or thought possible. We are so happy Garry sold our land especially the amazing result he got in the current marketplace, we couldn't recommend him more. Thank you so much Garry! You are amazing at what you do.

Gary Knapp delivered the kind of customer service that is increasingly rare — attentive, thorough, responsive and genuinely committed to getting the best possible outcome. From the very beginning, I was impressed by Gary’s attention to detail and the amount of care he put into every part of the sale. Nothing seemed to escape his attention, nothing was too much trouble, and his communication was exceptional. He followed up consistently, was always available when I needed him, and I never once felt as though I was wondering what was happening or what came next. What impressed me just as much was the way Gary treated the buyers. While I always felt that my interests as the vendor were his priority, he handled the purchasers with enormous respect, patience and grace. He managed the whole transaction in a way that made people feel looked after rather than pushed, and I think that made a real difference to the outcome. Most importantly, he got the job done — and remarkably quickly. I was genuinely staggered by how efficiently he secured a great price and a great result for the property. At every stage, Gary was professional, meticulous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received and would recommend him without hesitation.

Our experience with Garry when selling our property was very positive, right from our first meeting. He is very experienced in his field. His dealings with us as vendors & prospective buyers was always positive, keeping us informed every step along the way. We feel he went ''above & beyond'' to help sell our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Garry to anyone wanting to sell a property. Ian & Heather Knobbs
