We met Matt through inspecting a property we were planning to buy. Our property was not even on the market at this stage. We fell in love with the property and advised Matt we would love to purchase it, but needed to sell ours first. From this moment, Matt worked very closely with us, came out and did an appraisal very efficiently, was open and honest about our sales campaign and what he thought was achievable. Our home was lucky enough to be sold within a matter of days. Craig and Jacinta were incredible from start to finish, even after the sale. They both went above and beyond with what we wanted and their communication was impeccable. This is our third and last home sold and we can honestly say that we are forever grateful for the smooth sailing experience thanks to this amazing team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, with us both working full time and busy life schedules with kids etc, we weren't always able to be available at the home when required- this was not a problem, Jacinta took the time to make a strong fur-friendship with out 2 fur babies (dogs) which made it possible for her to enter our property and keep them calm and stress free whilst any inspections took place. Nothing was ever too much trouble to both of them! We recommend Craig, Jacinta and the McGrath team to anyone we know for a trustworthy, reliable and compassionate sale experience.
