Highly professional with a relaxed manner.
It was time for the old family home to go on the market and I needed an agent that I could trust and rely on as I live 2 hours away. The tenants had moved out and had left behind a huge amount of mess and rubbish. I chose Simon to be the agent for the sale of the property and within days he organised a gardening and clean up crew and the old house looked like I remembered it to be. Simon's knowledge and understanding of his local and surrounding areas is broad and insightful. He is highly professional but, at the same time, has any easy going manner. I had interviewed several agents that day and I knew after a few minutes of meeting him that I was going to sign Simon up as my agent. He listens to you and has a genuine and friendly way of communicating his advice. Simon got the house on the market promptly and had it sold in 3 weeks with excellent results prior to auction. I highly recommend Simon as an agent. He gets the job done with a 'no fuss can do' attitude that gives you the confidence that you have made the right decision in signing with him. Thank you Simon for working so hard and making everything so easy for me.

Simply the best!

Fantastic experience with Patricks knowledge and approach to selling your home
Patrick is a highly motivated real estate agent, that will do whatever he can to secure you the best possible price for your home. Not only is he lovely to deal with, but his no-bullshit approach is the best recipe to take the stress out of selling your home. Above and beyond
To add context to these comments I really don't like realestate agents. I have found then after buying and selling 6 homes distrustful and yes men. Trip my surprise then Patrick was not like this at all. Great communication. Did what he promised and realised the price that he said. Good knowledge of the market enabled a realistic conversation on price. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with maintenance items and cleaning out junk that was left from a poor tenant. Patrick literally climbed into the roof space to retrieve said items. I cannot recommend Patrick enough to future clients. I am happy to expand on these comments 0449 544283
