A wonderful agent - smooth and stress free sale

Best of the Best!
The minute we met Patrick at a showhouse, his market knowledge, sincerely and authentic desire to help both buyers and sellers alike became evident. His approach is not pushy, he gave great advice, comes across as very ethical and he's a really good guy with a great database of qualified customers. He and his team were highly organised and the process was very structured, yet flexible. He told us what we needed to do to maximise marketability of our townhouse and referred us to a few tradespeople with short notice and they did quality work. His negotiation skills and flexible approach are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. Hoping we get to buy our next property through him.
