Short and Sweet Experience
Patrick ran a good campaign for me. He kept me informed all the way along. He reassured me that things were on track whenever I had doubts. After only three weeks Patrick achieved a great result, selling prior to Auction. I would recommend Patrick to my family and friends.

An absolute pleasure to deal with
Simon was a pleasure to deal with and made purchasing our first home and smooth and straightforward process, especially being at the beginning of a lockdown. Simons approachable nature and honesty were appreciated, giving us the confidence to make an offer and ultimately secure the property. He helped guide us through the process and clearly explained the terms of the contract and the title change that was currently underway. After exchanging contracts Simon made time for us to bring our close family through the property after hours which was greatly appreciated. He values and cares for both the vendor and purchaser, giving accurate figures from the first open as to the sale price. Negotiations were stress free and both parties would have been happy with the outcome. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Simon to family or friends who are looking to buy or sell, fantastic real estate agent!

Great experience - very easy sales process
Patrick was able to sell my apartment without it going to market. He had a buyer lined up from a previous auction and was able to match her to my property and voila - it was sold within a week.

Professional, knowledgeable and super helpful.
We recently bought a property managed by Patrick and our experience was superb. Patrick was not only professional but also he was very patient with the million questions we asked him. Patrick was very responsive both in email and on the phone, which was great as buying a property can be stressful at times, so having that open channel of communication really helped. Patrick was also accommodating to our needs, not only before we got to an agreement with the vendor but also after the purchase, quickly organising an additional inspection for us to take measures of our new house. It has been a pleasure dealing with Patrick!

Professional, friendly, good results
Simon did a great job selling our townhouse for us as the latest covid lockdown started to bite. He identified and negotiated with keen buyers to get a pre-auction sale for a price we are very happy with.
