We first met Simon many months ago during our long search for a suitable property in the area. After many months we crossed paths again and to my surprise Simon not only remembered my name, but my fiancé as well, where we lived, what we were selling, and why we were looking in the area. It gave the impression that Simon is genuinely interested in helping you with your property search. He gave us good reasons to back up his recommendations along the way. We found that even if Simon didn't call back straight away, he would always follow up, even if it was during his own family time, which also made us feel important and that he genuinely cared. We needed to sell first, before buying. It was a fairly long, stressful and emotional process for us, and having Simon meet us at the end of the long road was reassuring, because I always felt like I could trust Simon. He has an easy going, polite and friendly nature, which made us feel like we were dealing with someone that we could trust. I am not surprised that the vendor purchased the house through Simon 11 years ago, and then engaged him when it came time to sell. Josh was amazing throughout the process. He was honest about what we could expect – and predicted EXACTLY what we ended up selling for from day one. He kept us informed the whole way and nothing was ever an issue - including turning candles, diffusers, lights, fans/heaters on/off for inspections. We trusted him completely and gave him the keys to let himself in/out. He even helped us with advice on purchasing a new property and went above and beyond. He patiently listens and takes time to understand your individual needs. Our kids love him and we’re a bit sad we sold as he has become almost a part of the family!
