Josh was not your typical agent. He was honest and upfront from the beginning and gave us the opportunity to say what we were hoping for. He was clear and concise with how the campaign was going to go and would never pressure us into making a decision or agreeing to something we weren’t happy with. Josh was easy going and friendly but always professional. He was easy to talk to. He kept us up to date with how the campaign was going on a daily basis and was always available to talk to us at anytime if we had questions. I definately will be using Josh again for when I look to purchase a property. I would recommend Josh to anyone.

Selling a property requires placing total trust in your agent as this is one of the largest if not the largest transaction you are going to make and thus a lot is riding on the outcome. Simon invested a great deal of time and effort to walk me through the process from day one and then keep me abreast of every development to ensure I was never left in the dark. He also invested a great deal of time and energy to ensure I got the best price and this really did require going above and beyond but his efforts paid off with us achieving well above the reserve prices and I can hand on heart say this is down to Simon's professionalism but perhaps most importantly his absolute commitment/dedication to making this the most successful experience/outcome he could. I cannot recommend him highly enough - you will definitely have someone fighting in your corner when you have Simon representing you. Great work Simon I am truly indebted.

While he was of course representing the vendors and looking after their interests, Joshua worked with us constructively to help negotiate pre-auction changes to the contract, and ultimately a sale after the property was passed in at auction.
