Simon was chosen by us over all other agents simply because of his honesty and knowledge of pretty much every property sold within a 5km radius within the last 10 years. He is the agent that is always working for you, he will be around way after the boom has left which tells you he is one of the good ones. His knowledge for "company title" duplex's is what got his past the bar for us, as we were selling 2, and could not afford any mistakes because of this title come auction day. We quickly learnt that Simon knew his stuff , not to mention his sales within the immediate area speaking for themselves.
