I found Geoff to be a very attentive and responsive agent. My wife and I own a number of investment properties on the Sunshine Coast and have undertaken many property inspections for investment units, townhouses and freestanding houses so believe we have a reasonable knowledge of the market place. Geoff provided promptly information we requested relating to building approvals, pontoon approvals and pool safety certification on Aldinga Place. His knowledge of the history of the property was very useful and helpful. He also arranged property inspection outside scheduled times.His knowledge of waterfront properties was sound and also arranged inspections of other waterfront properties in the area that were of similar quality and price range. The property was purchased at auction.
