I’ve known Nick for a number of years and recently purchased an off-market property in Mosman through him for our clients. He’s consistently professional, clear and strategic in representing his vendors, while keeping negotiations fair and respectful. Communication was direct and timely throughout. As a buyer’s agent, I deal with many agents and Nick is someone I trust to run a process properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering selling.

The team at McGraths Real Estate were exceptional from the commencement of the journey through to the sale of the property. Their commitment and professionalism was extraordinary, they constantly kept us apprised of all developments, offered advice and assistance when required, canvassed the market well and ultimately found a solid buyer. The campaign was expertly led by Nick Gittoes and Anthony Godson and supported by a team of highly professional support.

Nick, Anthony and Amelia have sold our house in Mosman. They have been most helpful and have answered any questions or queries promptly. Every week they have given us a resume of the buyers who viewed it during open inspection with a list of interested and not interested. They are unfailingly polite and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .

Nick is a most affable young man, honest beyond reproach, knowledgeable of his market, and no question was too hard or too insignificant to answer. Nick’s communication with us as buyers was prompt, polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick to work with on the sale or purchase of your next home.

I liked Nadine's easy, friendly manner from the start. A great communicator and organiser who kept us well informed all the way. Nadine helped make our experience of selling our property a very smooth ride and I do not know how I would have coped without her. From beginning to end, Nadine made it happen. My husband and I are very happy indeed.

Alex worked above and beyond to help us sell our place. He was extremely professional at every point, and he went out of his way to help us throughout the sales process and in the year prior when we were considering a sale. We felt extremely comfortable with him and felt that he was always looking out for our best interests. We would highly recommend Alex as an agent!!

I appointed Jon Shead after interviewing several agents, and he stood out immediately for the effort and thought he put into his pitch. Throughout the entire campaign, Jon was professional, friendly, and consistently available whenever I needed to speak with him. His communication was clear and reassuring, and he guided the process with genuine care. Jon achieved a fair and satisfying sale price for my apartment, and his team were equally supportive, organised, and easy to work with. The whole experience felt smooth and well‑managed from start to finish. I’m very happy I chose Jon and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
