From a buyers perspective their service didn’t help to sell the place. Inspected a number of times. They never could show us even where the garage actually was in the building which wasn’t marked. They didn’t tidy or clean the place until the last minute when we were settling when they said they were going to. I had concerns about the hot water system whether it was working as we had a new baby - they never got back to us. They were happy to sell the place without a toilet seat and when I insisted they got the cheapest $5 seat and didn’t fit it properly.
