I would recommend Donovan to anyone looking to sell their place. Prior to selecting Donovan, i interviewed or had conversations with other real estate agents. In that process, Donovan showed he was hungry for the business, laid out a strategic plan, managed the expectations and above all was very transparent with the process. During the process of selling, Donovan would update me on every step of the way and provided solutions to any potential issues.
