In a market that had slowed quite dramatically Donovan came up with a perfectly timed and executed marketing strategy that attracted an extremely broad range of interested buyers. We were overseas for part of the process and Donovan’s communication during that period was especially important to us. Not once did we feel that we didn’t have the absolute latest information, and Donovan went out of his way to make himself available at any time to suit the time difference. Donovan has sold the unit upstairs and had gotten a good price so we decided to use his agency. He was amiable and offered several ways that we could approach the sale.
