We engaged Piers from Di Jones because of his local knowledge, and specific knowledge about the property. From inception (of the sales brief) until final sale, Piers and his team kept us informed, and on suggestions from Piers we adjusted our strategy. The property sold before auction and about a month after being placed on the market. Some 200 hundred groups went through the apartment. All-in-all a good experience.
