Donovan was fantastic when dealing with the sale of my unit. From our initial call he was brilliant. First, he assisted organise trades to get my property ready for market, he (and his team) managed the campaign in a changing market really well. What I really liked most was his communication, he updated me regularly, called when he said he would and kept me in the loop at every stage. I also thought he was a really nice person so it made the whole experience really pleasant. We have since liaised with an agent to sell a property in a different part of Sydney and the difference in service levels is startling, hands down Donovan exceeded all our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to give him our highest endorsement.

We have had a long professional association with Jesse and he has sold properties for us on several occasions. He has always impressed us as having a high degree of integrity, professionalism and honesty. He knows the real estate market very well and the local market of Cremorne/Mosman/Neutral Bay exceptionally well. We have worked with other agents in the past, but Jesse goes the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for a vendor. In selling our waterfront reserve apartment in Cremorne recently we faced unexpected challenges with bad weather early in the campaign, but Jesse stayed focussed and positive while still being realistic. He was excellent at keeping us informed in a detailed way about how the campaign was going and he communicates very well. Jesse's easy and warm personal style allows him to make good connections with both vendors and possible purchasers, and he works hard to understand what purchasers are looking for in a property. At the same time Jesse has a great ability to present the strengths and appeal of a particular property, while acknowledging any weaknesses.
