From start to finish my time with Marq so far has been a pleasure. From start of my journey looking for a rental property the team have been so kind caring and supportive of me and my situation. I was immediately notified if I wasn’t accept for a property and sent many similar properties as alternatives to help provide me with safe accommodation. Once I had secured a property, the payment process for both rent and bond was straight forward, easy and hassle free with the team directing me exactly how to proceed with my payments and continue to pay in the future. Once you’re a tenant as well you’re invited to download a tenant app which makes keeping up with your rent easy. As well as access to forms, maintenance requests and upcoming inspections. Couldn’t recommend them enough and shout out to my agent, Alex, for being so amazing!!

I'm a new tenant and had a good experience with Antone Smith, Sophia Khuaja and the team at MARQ so far. Moving to a new city after not having rented for several years, becoming a rental tenant again felt like entering unfamiliar territory. Sophia's responsive and helpful approach made it a lot easier to navigate. The MARQ office premises at Dickson ACT are also well presented.

MARQ sold me the property - and I was very happy with it. The deal went smoothly, they handled details professionally and there were no surprises. So I also turned to them to rent my property out. They handled that process efficiently and professionally. Gave me the advice I needed not that I wanted (ie would have been easier for me to leave appliances like a fridge in the place but they were clear it creates problems later). I have tenants in place and it’s all gone very smoothly. Good stuff.

Maddy, our agent, was exceptional. The entry, exit and ongoing inspection reports were incredibly detailed, And no request was ever too much. Unfortunately we had issues with our tenants, and if it hadn’t been for Maddy, this would have been a very stressful situation. With her experience and support however, we were able to move on from this situation quickly. I couldn’t recommend MARQ Property highly enough.
