From pre-listing through to Auction day Justin and Dimi offered invaluable advice in regard to what would add value to our home in the eyes of a purchaser, in particular Justin was the only Agent during the preliminary interview phase to recommend filling in a wall between two rooms to make our home more liveable for the next owners. For me I like up front, to the point communication, high quality of service and a level of authenticity at times missing in agents. I was overseas at the time and required a level of confidence to see it through with differing time zones. If we had to rate our experience with Justin out of 10, we would rate it 11/10. Justin exceeded every single one of our expectations. We were slightly nervous about selling our unit as in our area there was more supply than demand, however Justin and Dimi sold our unit in less than a week at an amazing price. Justin was realistic, efficient and professional. He was honest and very down to earth despite all his incredible professional achievements.
