We have purchased property from Trenton previously, so we had an idea of the level of service his team could provide to us as vendors. However, these high expectations we had going in to it, were completely blown out of the water because Morrissey Property delivered that plus more. Trenton's communication (both the level of detail and frequency of updates) was great and he was always super quick to get back to us. We always knew where things were up to and were comforted to know his team always had everything under control. We appreciated that we could rely on Trenton's extensive experience to market and present our property the right way. By taking on board his spot-on advice, we had large numbers of potential buyers through the opens, which led to obtaining the sale price we wanted. Any minor issues (like last minute issues with faulty keys) were no trouble at all - his team swiftly resolved these matters with little-to-no involvement from us. We highly recommend Trenton and his Morrissey Property team. Their professionalism and work-ethic is second to none.

Justin definitely knows his stuff when it comes to real estate and I believe we wouldn't have had the same result without him. He saw our property, recognized the pluses instantly and played to them, saw the minuses and gave us tips on how to fix them for maximum results with minimum outlay, and he then used his networks to take our house from a home that was for sale, to the next level of a higher-end-home for sale with the X Factor. Not only did we get the best price possible for our house, we also attracted the right family to take over our treasured home. He was great to deal with. Proactive, always available, pleasant, knowledgeable and we felt safe with him. Some real estate agents can be a bit cocky and a little too sales pitchy. Justin somehow manages to achieve incredible results while remaining down to earth, likeable and best of all, he listens to your needs. We would definitely work with Justin again.

Working with Trenton to sell our house was a great experience. From the very first meeting Trenton was easy to deal with and ensured everything was moving forward the way we wanted. Having to move interstate on short notice, Trenton took care of everything and ensured we were kept in the loop the whole time! Using his local knowledge he was able to find us a buyer at a price we were happy with in a fairly short period of time. Trenton has an ability as a buyer and a sellers representative to communicate very effectively for both parties. Having bought from Trenton a few years ago, he was a fantastic realtor to buy off, and made the process a whole lot less daunting that it needs to be, inclusive of providing constant updates and helping us with the process all the way through to settlement. This time we returned as the seller and were left delighted with our experience yet again. He is very personable, easy to deal with and delivers a level of professionalism and integrity that would be hard to beat. Our involvement purchasing our first family home with Trenton was an amazing experience. From the first time we met Trenton at the first home open home he was so friendly, approachable and genuine. He went above and beyond and opened the home especially for us to enable a builder and landscaper to inspect the property after hours. The sale of the property was through an auction process and Trenton was extremely supportive and knowledgeable enabling us as buyers to feel very relaxed in the lead up to and at the actual auction. The auction involved the property initially being passed in and throughout the following negotiations, Trenton made us feel informed, comfortable and ensured we understood the process as it progressed. Post the auction, Trenton maintained regular contact allowing for a smooth process during settlement and our eventual move into our first family home. We would definitely recommend Trenton to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

I personally want to thank Trenton for going above and beyond our expectations on the sale of our Rental property in been able to organise everything for us . The property became vacant just before Xmas which didn’t give Trenton a lot of time to organise his side before everything shut down for the Xmas break. To his credit and professionalism he had everything ready to go for the first weekend back in the way of potential buyers down to the landscaping and lawns mown for the first open home , and I believe that it was his professional work ethic that enabled the sale of our property on the first open home and exceeding our asking price . From this experience I would not hesitate in recommending Trenton to any one wanting to sell their home, it will Truely be a Hassel free experience.
