We were very confident after our first meeting with Denise that we had to engage her for the Sale. Denise has the most wonderful personality and genuine friendliness that made us feel very comfortable. After our initial meeting with Denise we went home and after discussing decided to ring and make an appointment for the Sales Agreement to be signed. Denise handled everything from the most minor items that required maintenance to the major styling of the property for the presentation of the property to the market. Denise has the most professional manner & is well versed with all details required for the property to be placed on the market as her Vast experience comes into play because she understands what buyers want. Overall we rate Denise 5 out of 5 but if the rating was higher we would rate her much higher than any possible maximum rating - yes Denise is that good & has the scores on the board to prove it.

I had to sell my mother’s unit as she had moved to aged care so I engaged Denise and Rose who had been very successful in selling my father-in-law’s property a few years ago. Again I was so impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge of the Northbridge area. Their help in styling the unit was amazing which translated into amazing promotion material. At all times I felt that I could ask any question and get a helpful, honest response. Denise kept me up to date with regular reports on the progress of the open for inspections.
