Having inspected hundreds of properties, bought and sold many, I consider myself reasonably astute and experienced in the world of real estate, with good experiences and some quite shocking. However the day Rose was introduced to me everything took a wonderful upswing. Every experience has turned out well, every sale has been a pleasure for me both with excellent financial results as well as a seamlessly smooth progression. Even my last sale, which took awhile due to the property type, she never lost confidence, never dropped the ball and we achieved a brilliant result. Denise, her business partner, has been an equal pleasure. They follow up everyone, even months later, and no stone is left unturned. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I can highly recommend Rose and her team. She is very professional, maintains clear communication throughout the process and has extensive local knowledge of the 2063 market. She is also extremely personable, attentive and is an excellent negotiator. Rose always looks after the vendor by keeping their interests as the main priority. She puts her heart and soul into every sale and her honesty and morals are what make her a standout agent. She is supported by a fantastic team including Denise, Derek and Jeff who make the whole process of selling seamless. Highly recommended.

We recently sold an investment unit in Northbridge. We approached a local real estate friend who referred us to McGraths at Northbridge and he and we made contact with Harriet and Alon. Their professional guidance and knowledge of the area, along with their genuine motivation to give us the result that was achieved was truly amazing. The weekly feedback after each inspection was thorough and down to earth - "no frills" - honesty. It was a pleasure to have them handle our sale.

Denise provided us really reasoned advice. A super professional and personable agent! We really appreciated everything Denise did to sell our home.

I never met a property sales so nice and professional like Jeff Woo. He is not only selling the property but also considerate service. He responded to my questions within minutes by message, gave me helpful suggestions, and coordinate with the developer to solve my issues. The most impressive help is after settlement, he delivered the key to my working office which is far away from their office over 20km , because I am not available to pick up keys in weekday.

Selling a family home is a daunting, stressful and emotional process; so it made good sense to choose an agent who was not only professional, but had tenacity, dedication and compassion. We chose Denise Woo for all the above reasons. Denise and her team at McGrath Northbridge proved to be a smart choice. Not only was Denise able to sell our home at a very acceptable price, but did so during a very difficult time with a falling market due to the encroaching COVID-19 pandemic. The entire sales campaign was very professionally conducted and we would not hesitate in recommending Denise and her team to anyone considering selling their property. Reaney Chan

Navigating Sydney's property market to purchase our next family home was a very trying time earlier this year. With properties in short supply and buyers coming in droves, my husband and I were unable to find and purchase 'the' property. We were extremely lucky to meet Denise Woo at an open for inspection. She made time to show the property to us (even though the inspection was very well attended) , explained the history of the house and was very knowledgeable about both the market, and the area. What impressed me was how honest and genuine she was, plus she was so good at getting the paperwork to us immediately. Long story short, COVID-19 restrictions on real estate came into play, and still Denise didn't lose a beat. She was able to accommodate us with final inspections and even negotiate a shorter settlement date at our request. It gave us a lot of confidence in the process and peace of mind during the ever evolving situation. I cannot recommend Denise highly enough - she went above and beyond. Exceptional customer care, amazing communication, completely reliable and flexible with us and we are so happy that we met her and were able to purchase our family home with her expert help. Thank you again Denise!

We had to deal with a few different real estate agents while searching for the right property, but Jeff was the clear stand out. He is very professional, personable, easy to deal with, and a great communicator. Not all agents make you feel comfortable, but he was such a pleasure to deal with he made us feel confident enough about the property to move quickly and buy. He made himself available to show us the property multiple times over the course of two days and was really transparent in all his dealings. Would highly recommend Jeff if you're looking for an agent to sell or buy.

Rose Farina acted as our agent firstly to manage the rental of our apartment over many years and finally to sell the 3 bedroom penthouse apartment in Northbridge. Rose acted professionally at all time giving accurate and sensible advice. We are remote from the property and Rose and her colleagues always assisted greatly in getting the property ready for sale and ensuring the property was ready for settlement. Rose's assistance at all times was invaluable, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we intend to maintain contact with her for possible future dealings. We certainly without hesitation would recommend Rose as an agent.

I have recently sold in Northbridge and, although she is now with a different agency, I had no hesitancy in again appointing Rose Farina. This is the third property I have sold with Rose and I am happier with her service, and the result, each time. This time I was again so impressed by Rose's knowledge of the market, her grasp of the mood of buyers and who was seriously in the market, and her smart professionalism. She was not influenced by negativity in the press; rather she worked on the facts we were presented with and, working intensely with her colleague Dee, created a short and very effective campaign which perfectly suited both the market and my property. The result was instant. Having engaged Rose over several years and seeing the same commitment to me as her client and her unwavering integrity, I have no hesitation in recommending Rose to any vendor.

In the past I have always felt a level of unease when buying a property in terms of being able to trust what I'm being told by the selling agent. This was not the case with Rose. Rose is extremely professional and extremely good at her job, which is a very challenging balance when you are taking care of the buyers interests and gaining a level of trust with the buyer. I feel the only way that this is possible is by being honest, which can be a very rare commodity when buying/selling property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rose, you won't be disappointed.
