The sale of our property in Middle Cove was made easy from beginning to end by our agent Rose Farina. Having bought and sold many properties in the past this sale by Rose was by far the most seamless and stress less sale we have ever experienced. After visiting Rose and expecting the property with her we then left for overseas for three weeks and left everything in Rose's hands as we were so assured that all would be fine. We were not wrong. There was work to be done to tidy up the property along with styling for sale and Rose managed all this on our behalf at very reasonable prices and with an attention to detail that we have not experienced previously. The property sold prior to auction two days after our return from holidays!! We could not be more delighted with the way Rose handled all sales enquiries and the legal aspects with our solicitor. Her communications with us via email while we were overseas was detailed, informative and made us confident that decisions we had to make were based on very accurate information. Before commencing the process of identifying and selecting an agent, we were of the opinion that they would all be much of a muchness. How wrong we were! From our very first meeting, Rose demonstrated a true passion for our property. We immediately felt comfortable with her style and that, if selected, she would deliver tailored, personal service to us. When it came to assessing the house, Rose was able to connect with the top selling features quickly and was genuine in her views on the potential flaws and how she would deal with these with the buyers. This sense of authenticity is rare and sets her apart from her peers. The styling, photos, copyright and marketing were all managed exceptionally well and we felt appropriately consulted without having to invest too much of our own time. Once the open houses began, it was clear that Rose was able to identify the true buyers quickly and then spent time as much time with them as possible. This approach, coupled with Rose’s effervescent personality and vast experience meant that she was able to form a relationship with each of the buying groups and accurately assess their level of interest, buying readiness and budget. She also stayed at the first two open homes for much longer than the prescribed time, further demonstrating her commitment to the sale process. The broader team of Derek and Jo (stylist) were thoroughly professional and complement Rose well. After every open home, Rose called me and discussed feedback on the property as well as an update on the potential buyers. She was happy to talk for as long as I needed in order to digest the information and ask more questions. Rose is very accessible to vendors and adopts a highly personal approach.
