Our home was a unique duplex. Architect designed with flair & master built. When we decided to sell, we spoke to four agents & chose McGraths who gained our confidence. Rose & Denise spent a couple of hours listening to us. When asked what was the likely sales price, they were reluctant to commit themselves as there was nothing to compare it with. They gave us a range of prices that turned out to be spot on. Another agent gave us several recent sales to look at & priced our property on those sales the other agent was under the sale price by $500,000. During the six weeks inspection period Rose & Denise kept in touch & gave us excellent advice. We found we had engaged a small team. The other team members including Jeff gave us a lot of assistance, even helping with the physical preparation work. Early in the campaign, Rose told us we had found our buyer & she was right. That couple did buy the property. At the auction all four of the team were moving around the room assisting the auctioneer.
