I have great pleasure in writing this reference for Rose from McGrath Northbridge. I have found Rose to be extremely kind, honest and a true professional in everything she d.id for me. Due to my poor health, she took full ownership of the massive amount of work that needed to be done to my house of over 20 years from trades men to stylists. Thanks to her efforts and her great team all work was completed to a high standard and the campaign was a success. Even during the most inclement weather Rose visited the property to keep an eye on things and kept me informed after each inspection as well as with comprehensive weekly updates. To me Rose proved to be more than just someone I employed to sell my house - she was a true friend and I am extremely grateful for everything she did for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose to anyone who is looking for a loyal and trustworthy professional to sell their property. Along with my thanks I wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.

I have pleasure in writing this reference for Denise, Rose and their team. I have found Denise to be a very kind, honest and professional person. Having lived in our house for over 20 years there was a massive amount of work to be done to get the property ready for sale and Denise arranged everything from trades people to stylists and helped me in many other ways which, due to ill health, I could not do myself. From sorting out personal papers to actually carrying papers to the recycling bin, nothing was too much trouble for her. Denise was always there for me to rely on during this stressful period - she proved to be more than "just an agent". Denise and Jeff made sure all work on the property was completed to a high standard and I was kept updated on the campaign with comprehensive weekly reports and phone calls from Denise and Rose. I can sincerely recommend Denise to anyone considering the sale of their property. I am confident that she would live up to the high standards she set in her dealings with me and I wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.

This is the second time Rose has sold a property for us. Trust is always a big part of the process and we were always happy to let her run with the sale. Rose's team, especially Amanda, were always helpful, quick to respond and on top of all the detail.

We encountered many agents during our search for our home but no one impressed us as much as Denise did with her level of professionalism, market knowledge and the wealth of experience that she accumulated over the years of being in the industry. Firstly, very quickly, Denise was able to accurately assess what we, the buyer/potential home owner, were looking for. Secondly, Denise was able to tap into her infinite pool of knowledge and experience to guide us in our decision process. Not only does she know the local market inside out, know every house in the district but also know which houses were renovated recently and which ones are coming up for future renovation. This is an extremely important piece of information when deciding if the neighbouring houses are already flood proof or a flood risk and whether the area is going to turn into a renovation construction site in the future. Thirdly, Denise is so very patient and generous when sharing her thoughts and ideas about the house & the neighbourhood and when guiding you through the process of buying the house. We felt supported and guided by the best expert through the process and we're grateful that we're fortunate enough to be guided by Denise. I'd be very happy to recommend Denise to anyone who is looking for a trusted partner to guide them through the confusing and harrowing experience of home buying.

During our many months of searching for our home we encountered so many agents in the upper and lower north shore and some in the Blue Mountains but no one has the level of professionalism and the knowledge of the local market that Rose has. Most importantly, Rose has an ability to understand what we were looking for in our home and actually cares about helping us purchase our perfect home. It's a testament to Rose's professionalism that she perfectly balances the needs and goals of both the vendor and the buyer to help come to an agreement that left both sides happy with the purchase. It's an extremely tricky role for Rose but we genuinely felt that Rose's primary goal is to help both the vendor and the buyer and not just to complete a quick sale and then move on to the next job. If you're looking to work with a trust worthy market expert who will help you to buy or sell your home I can't think of anyone more qualified and capable than Rose and her team. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We had put our house on the market as rates started to go up and the market softened. Harriet did a great job of getting people to click online and follow through. We had a lot of interest but people were clearly holding back to see what the market would do. A challenge for any agent. We ended up passing it in but Harriet was able to maintain the interest through various engagement channels and we ultimately ended up with a sale still within the range she had advised at the beginning. Thanks Harriet.
