I was really happy the way the House price was settled before the auction. I gave him the instructions that the lowest I could come down to as I had another option of renting the house with out going through the sale. My preference was to sell it off but at the same time not to come down below my expected price. He was successful in achieving the outcome. Well done Micheal and thank you for your assistance.

I chose this agent to sell my investment property as they did such a good job selling my last property in 2009.
