Michael greatly assisted us to prepare the property for sale in the lead up to our campaign launch, which included referring us to a reliable painter/carpenter who was able to efficiently and professionally attend to miscellaneous odd jobs we wanted to have done in addition to repainting the interiors at a reasonable cost. Michael also arranged a professional photographer who took excellent photos to showcase the benefits of our apartment. Michael kept in close contact during the campaign with detailed feedback on inspections, and made the extra effort to try to achieve the best result for us including numerous private opens and negotiating a sale price we were happy with on auction day.
