When we purchased an apartment off the plan to downsize we had preliminary discussions with Alex and Nathan about a ball park price for our house and when we should go to market, given the apartment is over 12 months from completion. A month or so later Nathan rang us (when we were overseas) to say he had a potential buyer who had missed out on another property - could he show them through our house. We explained we had rearranged and covered furniture to protect it during our absence - no issue said Nathan, I’ll reposition everything! Within a couple of days Nathan secured a sale at the price we had discussed with no marketing costs and “only” Nathan’s styling of the house. We can’t speak too highly of the dedication, professionalism and attention to detail that resulted in the sale.
