We first met Jordan Williams (from McGrath Estate Agents, based in Paddington, Brisbane) at an open house in our neighbourhood and soon after arranged to speak to him about getting a house appraisal and making plans for selling our house later in the year. Jordan, from the outset, showed a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm in his dealings with us. Jordan kept in regular contact with us over the year to offer any additional help when needed and assisted us on several occasions to try and find a suitable house to purchase.
