We have had the smoothest experience buying our first home with the professional agents of McGrath. They have really gone above and beyond to help us throughout the whole process and have given us a lot of guidance with organising all the formalities Like building & pest that needed to be done. Their communication has been top notch and they kept us in the loop with everything at all times. They have also been very accommodating and understanding when we had to change our pre settlement inspection last minute. Little things that needed attention at the property was sorted out in no time at all. Billy, Kira, Kelly and Paul work really well together as a team to deliver an outstanding service where they are on top of everything and we would highly recommend them when wanting to buy a property.
