Billy and his team are subject matter experts around the Palm Beach/Elanora area. Our initial introduction was at an open home where we discussed our buying requirements. From that point on the team made us aware of any new or upcoming property that fit our criteria. It didn't take long before we were afforded the opportunity to view a property that hit all of our requirements before it hit the market. We fell in love, made an offer that was accepted and the rest is history. Poor communication, changed the contract settlement timeline without notifying me, didn’t reply to emails. Was only interested in the sale, nothing more. Would not recommend. Office team were good and responsive.
