When I first contacted Billy he was immediately accessible and showed me through the property I purchased. I had a few questions to ask in the next day or two after my FaceTime viewing and he gave me confidence he was doing the job well particularly as I was buying from interstate without actually seeing the property. At all times he kept me informed of each stage. I was "raw" in purchasing and he guided me through the process without making me feel like I was a burden. When we found our new "forever home" it was time to very quickly prepare our house for sale. We had been talking to Billy and Paul for sometime and they had been very helpful, understanding and patient with our questions. They didn't pressure us to put out house on the market before we were ready. When we did finally call Billy he and his team were very professional, efficient and understanding, especially when our nerves got the better of us.
