We chose to sell our Palm Beach land with Billy. It was important to us that our agent lived and breathed the area and had expert knowledge of the market. In the short amount of time we gave Billy he was able to beautifully present a tactful marketing strategy which included various media outlets. Billy is no doubt an expert in his field, and has the spirit of a hustler. He wasted no time contacting his buyers, even before the marketing was live. However most importantly Billy delivers when it counted, he has perfected the craft of overcome objections and is clearly an experienced negotiator as he was able to obtain well over our requested price in what would be considered a very uncertain market.
