After discussing several properties within the suburb of focus, Billy succesfully negotiated a deal beneficial for both parties. Due to Covid restrictions within Sydney I was unable to inspect the property as we approached the 11th hr. Following all due diligence and trust I had developed with Billy, for the first time I signed a Contract of Sale prior to inspection.
