After discussing several properties within the suburb of focus, Billy succesfully negotiated a deal beneficial for both parties. Due to Covid restrictions within Sydney I was unable to inspect the property as we approached the 11th hr. Following all due diligence and trust I had developed with Billy, for the first time I signed a Contract of Sale prior to inspection. As restrictions eased we met at the property now being unconditional and was more than satisfied with all advice and information Billy had provided. Looking forward to further developing this business relationship and would highly recommend.
