We have recently sold a unit in Sydney, our home on the Gold Coast and a close friend sold their house in Brisbane all with McGrath Estate Agents. This company has a stable of high achievers. Our experience with all 3 sales has been exceptional, however Ian Mills, stands out well above the rest. Ian displayed the skills to achieve what 2 other local real estate agents ( one being a national award winner) were unable to accomplish over a year. Thank heavens we chose Ian to sell our beautiful home to a couple who had to sell their unit to another party and he did this in a most professional,courteous and efficient manner, continually communicating the process with all parties. There were other complications with the sale all of which Ian was able to handle to every ones satisfaction. Ian's patient composure and understanding reflects his knowledge of the industry. Ian is always on time, transparent, trustworthy, diligent with legals and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We give him 11 out of 10.
