He worked with us to develop a coherent strategy to sell, was always available to discuss any issues and worked proactively to resolve them. Ian is a 'hands on' real estate agent. Ian always kept us informed of what we needed to do and when, and always followed these things up with us. He made every effort to understand our property, have it presented beautifully and ultimately facilitated a sale price that was positive and realistic. Our place sold in 3 weeks in a difficult market. This was due mainly to Ian's readiness to go the extra mile, engage with us ,the buyers and our property management, and ultimately deliver a successful outcome in a very timely manner. Ian was very understanding of our needs as owners in another state and always was willing to assist, he even bought and replaced the batteries in our AirCon to ensure it was working for the final inspection.
