A local Real Estate Agent offered to provide a Free Obligation assessment of our property. We politely replied saying that firstly we were not ready to sell and secondly we had already decided on the Agent we would sign with. “Who would that be?” they asked. “Billy Jaz from McGrath Palm Beach” we replied. “Billy! Billy has been in real estate for five minutes!” Well, Billy DID sell our home in about five minutes !
