Great result!
Choosing an Estate Agent is a crucial decision so we met with 5 Agents who all had excellent credentials, knowledge and credibility. What set Billy apart in our eyes was that there was a genuine desire and passion to get the result my parents needed. Their house was sold within 2 weeks of a 4 week Auction campaign with some strong negotiations towards the end to achieve the pre-auction sale price which was higher than they hoped for. So in the end, Billy was a great choice!
