Terrific agent
We had been associated with Billy for a couple of years before we decided to put our house on the market and Billy was our number one choice as an agent. His personality and integrity were just a couple of reasons why we chose him. Billy and his team were professional and helpful during open houses, gave very good feedback and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a house.

Very Professional and just a lovely guy to work with
As a successful real estate agent myself for over 15 years choosing an agent to sell my own home was always going to be challenge.....finding someone who shared the same values and who I would the have confidence in to work for me and with me. Billy Jaz and his team not only met... but exceeded my expectations. I met Billy at one of his open homes about 12 months before I sold and was impressed from the outset. He is passionate, professional and very transparent in all his real estate dealings. He is also a genuinely nice guy with a beautiful young family and is focused on doing right by everyone. Billy was conscious that the timing of my sale was crucial as I had a new home being built that was nearing completion. A knowledgeable and caring Agent
A local Real Estate Agent offered to provide a Free Obligation assessment of our property. We politely replied saying that firstly we were not ready to sell and secondly we had already decided on the Agent we would sign with. “Who would that be?” they asked. “Billy Jaz from McGrath Palm Beach” we replied. “Billy! Billy has been in real estate for five minutes!” Well, Billy DID sell our home in about five minutes ! Billy has been in touch with us over the past four years during which time he has always been polite and willing to advise on our queries. Four years is a long time! Patience would have to rank high on the list of Billy’s attributes. We found him to be honest, up-front, respectful, caring and indeed very knowledgeable. Knowledge can be acquired through learning, practice and experience but qualities, such as acting in the best interests of a client, genuine care of and respect for people come from within a person. Billy showed these qualities when dealing with us and admirably so whilst speaking for and on behalf of the buyer of our home. Personalised, punctual and professional
A summary of Billy would be an agent that follows through with his promise of a personalised service offering. Billy did not hesitate in his interest in working with me even when I presented him with a campaign that had myself (seller) being overseas and very tight deadlines. His team are professional, punctual and energetic. It's obvious their attention to detail and willingness to get involved in every aspect is their winning formula.

excellent agent
As i currently live in sydney and inspected the property at 19/501 north hill drive,robina in november 2017 ,i found it was difficult for me to visit the property again , however Ian was extremely helpfull in providing information such as location of power points and phone connection and being onsite for building inspections and communicating with my solicitor . Ian is a great communicator and i am sure i would not have bought the property without his great assistance.

Very professional agent and a great guy too!
We bought our forever dream home from Billy Jaz at McGrath in early February after searching for 9 months. We looked at what felt like a hundred homes in that time,including a number of listings of Billy’s. He was always very professional and a pleasure to deal with and always followed up our inspection with a call, even though until now none had meet our requirements. He was a stand out compared to all other agents that we had dealt with in that time and we were delighted when he had the listing of the home we wanted. The home was being Auctioned and the process was new to us so Billy and his support staff were amazing getting information about the property and answering all our questions( there were a lot, sorry guys). Come Auction day, we were a little nervous but when we found out that Billy Jaz was the auctioneer too it made us much more relaxed and not as nervous as we knew him already and it was nice having a familiar face and not a person we had never seen before. Although we have no plans to sell our new home for a long time, if we did, Billy would be the only agent we would sell with. We highly recommend him to any seller or buyers as he is a true professional.
