No only where we happy with the sale of our house that Billy sold for us but also the process of finding and buying another property. Billy contacted us "out of the blue" late in the afternoon while we were still on the road from a full day of Open Houses. Within 10 minutes we met with Billy at the house we fell in love with instantly (and Billy). By 7pm that evening we had a signed contract.
