Very happy with Billy and his efforts in procuring our new house. His calm and confident manner helped us a lot, as the pressure of the purchasing a property is overwhelming at times, especially as we had a property that we were selling at the same time. His positivity helped us navigate through this process, and even though he client was the seller, we felt that he had our interests in mind also. He also put his confidence in us to work through the sale of our house, and what we said was happening, did happen, and it was great that he not put any additional pressure on us during this process. We had some small dealings with Gabby, his PA, and she also displayed a professional and confident manner. Very good at what they do, and would recommend their services to others, anytime.
