Able to keep process on track

Billy was contracted by my parents to sell their home of 23 years. With some health issues and typical reluctance to downsize the process required sensitivity. Billy and Gabby had the confidence of my parents and delivered on point. Every element of their strategy through to Auction expectations were 100% accurate, seamless buyer management, no inflation of expectations, straight and honest interaction meant that ultimately we achieved a result beyond our expectations. A tight and enthusiastic team who were considerate and caring, understanding and precise.
