Amit nayak made a challenging time so much easier I’m͏ very glad to have worked with amit on the sale of my property. The market changed quite a bit from the beginning to the end of the campaign. Navigating that from Interstate and learning the mechanics of an Auction process for the first time had some stress. Every time I spoke to amit nayak I felt better. Amit gave me clear advice while never pressuring me in any direction. He was happy to discuss best and worse case scenarios without trying to dismiss my concerns. His whole team communicated frequently about open houses and inspections and they put in extra effort when the residents of the house had not prepared things adequately for open houses. We had the pleasure of signing with Sam Dalgliesh for the campaign to Auction our home in Old Toongabbie and the whole process was a great experience with Sam providing such honest and reliable communication. Sam is a very calm and caring person for both the Vendor and the Buyers and always had time to explain the process, answer our questions and give honest and in depth feedback after every open home.
