Professional and Efficient
Amit Nayak and his team did a fantastic job. Amit was quick, efficient and very professional. He was always super responsive and brought positive energy every time we spoke. He was extremely helpful in increasing my understanding of the current market and we thank him for being so helpful and approachable Team Nayak did a great job in advertising and being organised on the day of the auction. We highly recommend Amit and would definitely go through him again

Amazing professionals with outstanding market knowledge!
I would like to write my review not for the Team Nayak, but mainly for those vendors (including buyers) who would like to engage a real estate agent. In my view it is very important to start the project with those professionals whom you can trust to have transparent discussions. Team Nayak has a bunch of professionals with outstanding expertise in real estate market. From day 1 Amit Nayak helped/guided me to do everything so well before they put the property in the market. While the property was in the market they kept me well informed with all the interactions they had with buyers. Amit regularly discussed their strategy to make sure both parties are on the same page. Their database/contacts is way beyond what we can think of. They reach out to all possible buyers who could be the possible future owner. My property got SOLD just after two open homes(2 weeks). I must say I am very pleased with everything Team Nayak has done for me, it has been just fabulous. There is no shadow of doubt Amit Nayak is "THE BEST" in the market. WELL DONE TEAM NAYAK & THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

It was more than a pleasure to have Sam represent us with the sale of our property. From the start he was up front with the market prices & how to present the property for the best result. Great communication and support throughout the purchase process
As a first time buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process going - especially once I realised how much I didn't know. Emma was extremely helpful, transparent and engaged throughout the process. She knew a lot about the property itself, and anything she didn't know she chased down; but most importantly for me she was extremely helpful all the other important things a buyer needs to know and/or do, including helping with suggestions around financing, tenancy, conveyancing, strata reports, etc. I am very appreciative of the support I received and with Emma's bubbly personality I felt very comfortable throughout. Made buying a house such a breeze!
Rowan was the real estate agent for the apartment I purchased recently. Rowan was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He is an excellent real estate agent! As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know anything about the process. Rowan, however, made the whole thing easy and smooth. Moreover, Rowan is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. I feel very blessed to have him as my agent as a first home buyer.
