After each open she would ring with an update on numbers and feedback. On the flip side, we were unable to view several properties she was showing during the allocated open times and Lyndall made herself available to open and present properties to us at times that suited us. Working with Lyndall never felt transactional -- she was genuine, warm and really took an interest in working with us during our house sale and subsequent house hunt.
