Lyndall show me and my wife the property on separate occasions as we were not able to be in Sydney together. She was knowledgeable about the property, its history and the architectural heritage listing. She allowed me to also take a small piece of the cladding which turned out to be asbestos, as I suspected. Lyndall also walked our buyers' agent through the house and was accommodating at all times in what was a busy time in real estate for her.
